DICK’S Sporting Goods

For their 75th anniversary, DICK’S Sporting Goods decided to give away 75 grants of $75,000 to deserving youth sports organizations across the country. From boosting confidence in girls Figure Skating in Harlem, to supporting low income dancers in San Diego, the grants proved that Sports Change Lives, the ethos behind DICK’S ongoing campaign. We traveled the country visiting communities affected by poverty and neglect, tornadoes, chemical spills through train derailment, to tell their stories, and capture the moment of excitement when they received the surprise envelope announcing the $75,000 grant.
